HOWTO: Using the Action Icons

Description on what the purpose, function of the icons on the Content Action Navigation bar.


Icon Actions

For many areas of the portal, you can print content, email content, add content to favorites, and toggle the portal to full screen mode.

Locate the document action icons, which are located at the top right of the page content area.

These icons are:

  •  Email the content to your friends and associates.
  •  Print the content area of a page.
  •  Add a link to the content in your my folder / favorites folder.
  •  Toggle the content area to full screen mode.
